By downloading or using Yario, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yario. By using the app, you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information during registration
One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
You must not share your account with others

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Share explicit, violent, or harmful content
Impersonate other people or create fake profiles
Use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation
Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the app
Share illegal content of any kind
Use the app to exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors

4. AI Companion

Yario's AI is designed for companionship and emotional support. The AI is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Do not rely on Yario for medical, legal, or emergency advice. In case of emergency, please contact appropriate emergency services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and governed by Google Play's terms
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play Account Settings
Refunds are handled by Google Play's refund policy
Prices may vary by region based on local currency

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Yario, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.

7. Privacy

Your use of Yario is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

9. Disclaimers

Yario is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
